About Mother of Pearl Handmade

Mother of Pearl Handmade was founded in 2016 from a love of creating beautiful, thoughtful pieces designed to bring joy to everyday life.

Like many small businesses, the journey hasn’t always been straightforward. After the challenges of Covid, I returned to self-employment and continued to build the brand with creativity, resilience and a passion for craftsmanship.

In 2025, one of my designs unexpectedly captured hearts around the world. What began as a simple idea quickly went viral, opening an exciting new chapter for the business and enabling Mother of Pearl Handmade to return to operating as a limited company.

Today, I continue to design and create original products that blend nostalgia with a contemporary twist — pieces that are made to be enjoyed, reused and treasured for years to come.
